Job Specification :
- Site preparation.
- All work for machine installation e.g. shed, electrical connection, exhaust connection, machine installation and commissioning.
Skills :
Field Service, Installation, Commissioning, Handling Customer Complaints, Data & Record Maintenance.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Planning and arranging man power, material, and tools as per requirement at site.
- Efficient allocation and handling of manpower on site & shop floor.
- Continuous monitoring of Customer`s complaints, service & Quality of machines and Incoming components.
- Reducing customer complaints & handling customer in proper way.
- Improving productivity by using TPM way.
- Carry out 5S audit and Maintaining 5S in the production line and shop floor
- Reducing rejection, motion loss and operator fatigue by Kaizens.
- Making the Pokayokes for controlling the assembly errors..
- Daily data entry and record maintain.
